How did it start?

First, there were the stories – often difficult, sometimes told for the very first time. At the Power OFF – Power ON Congress, young people and volunteers began to name what had previously been hidden: a lack of self-belief, loneliness, pressure, and anxiety.

But in those same stories, something new began to emerge – the first attempts at change. Someone dared to ask for help, someone else said “I can do this” for the first time. That was when the reclaiming of power began – not as a one-time moment, but as a process of building inner strength.
From these experiences, the POWER ON program was born, which now translates these shared stories into concrete actions.

At its core is the development of mental resilience – understood as the ability to cope, including with emotions, awareness of one's own competencies, and the capacity to bounce back and keep going despite challenges.
Through a sense of community, young people are inspired to reflect on their own lives, learn to regain agency, build relationships, and gradually strengthen their inner stability. Mental resilience does not mean the absence of difficulties, but the ability to navigate through them and grow despite them.
