The Skillful Synergy: Partnership for Mental Health meeting will take place at the Neo Energy Group headquarters. Izabella Ziarkowska has been a foster parent for 14 years and a professional specialized foster parent for 10 years. She currently cares for two children and represents the Social Welfare Center in Gliwice.
Joanna Kaszyca is a foster mother who runs a Family Children's Home under the Mikołów County Family Support Center. She specializes in providing children with a safe and supportive environment, focusing on strengthening parenting skills and building stable family relationships within the foster care system.

Psychologist, sociologist, psychotherapist in training, supervisor, and social activist. As Director of Family Support at the ULICA Foundation, she creates projects that integrate family support, education, and mental health.
The perspective of a family and foster care supervisor: how reflecting on one's own parenting style and understanding emotions helps refine the skills necessary to support children in learning key competencies and agency.

Parenting Masters Breakfast

During the breakfast, participants will have a unique opportunity to meet and talk directly with experts and Dr. Ben Furman, a world-renowned specialist in Solution-Focused Parenting (SFP). The meeting will allow parents to ask questions about the practical aspects of upbringing, building children's mental resilience, and applying the SFP method in everyday family life.
Thanks to the intimate atmosphere of the breakfast, parents will be able to exchange experiences, gain support, and find inspiration for making positive changes in their families. Dr. Furman will introduce tools and strategies that help strengthen the agency and mental resilience of children and entire families.
The entire event aims not only to educate and support foster parents but also to build a community of engaged families who together create a space for mutual support and motivation for growth. It is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge, make connections, and feel the power of a solution-focused community in a friendly atmosphere.

The meeting will be graced by the presence of Senator Joanna Sekuła, an ambassador for foster care in Sosnowiec, who will serve as the event's patron, expressing her appreciation for the work of foster families, which is always close to her heart.

In-person attendance at the conference is by invitation only. However, for those interested, we have arranged an online option – the event will be streamed via the Senate platform. The link to the broadcast will be posted on the day of the conference on our website and the Foundation's Facebook page.
