President of the Ulica Foundation for Children. Responsible for the organization's development, strategic direction, and strengthening initiatives that support children, youth, and families.

Supervisor of the Polish Psychological Association (no. S110), certified Kids’ Skills Ambassador in Poland, Skillful Group coach, and second-degree certified trainer of the Polish Psychological Association (no. 473). A pioneer in streetwork with marginalized children, youth, and their families in Silesia, a supervisor of Kids’ Skills and Skillful Group methods, a specialist in addiction prevention, and a graduate of first and second-degree Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. He leads interpersonal, communication, and social skills training. He completed the Study of Working with Teenagers in a Solution-Focused Approach. A member of the international organization ASHOKA – Innovators for the Public Good.
