Trainer, Kids’ Skills Practitioner, and psychologist (University of Opole) with extensive experience in development and training. She combines expert knowledge with practical support based on the Solution-Focused approach. She is a therapist (in certification) in the SFBT model, a Skillful Group method educator, a certified organizational trainer, a crisis interventionist, and an MTQ Plus and MTQ Sport mental toughness consultant. She holds a degree in positive sports psychology for children and adolescents (SWPS Katowice) and is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Katowice. For the past 15 years, she has provided psychological consultations and training for businesses, specializing in EAP programs, wellbeing, and organizational crisis management. She is also a university lecturer.
